Yoga is very important physical, mental, and spiritual practice and discipline. Benefits of this practice include a clearer mind, a deeper feeling of inner calm, the ability to accept and move through challenging and stressful life events with more ease and acceptance, improved immunity, increased energy levels and sometimes even feeling happy for no good reason!
Get your recharging experience to purify Yourself from the toxins of daily life. You will experience a moment of peace, relaxation, beauty, and positive and creative energy in the Tuscan countryside surrounded by the enchanting Tuscan hills.

 You will live for a few days in an oasis, where we will take care of yourselves!

1 Week – program (available at Podere Torremozza or Villa Poggiarello)
Day 1
Pick up at the airport or train station and transfer to the Villa. After settling in, your hosts will show you around the residence and explain some of the history! Then you can either relax or take a walk around the enchanting hamlet that is surrounded with beautiful views of warm vineyards and olive groves. For dinner you will experience your first Tuscan meal prepared by a great chef.
Day 2
After your healthy lesson of yoga, an excellent breakfast served outdoors. Enjoy all morning the beautiful pool and the beautiful scenery, fill Yourself positively for your first whole day in Italy. In the afternoon a cycling tours in the hills and breathtaking landscapes of Tuscany. At the end of the tour a bit of time to recharge and begin your first cooking class, followed by dinner.
Day 3
After your healthy lesson of yoga, an excellent breakfast served outdoors. In the afternoon a special guided hike through the beautiful tuscan hills. Dinner in a great restaurant near the Villa.
Day 4
After your healthy lesson of yoga, an excellent breakfast served outdoors. In the afternoon enjoy a tour of the oldest and most characteristic villages of Tuscany like Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano and maybe a city like Siena. Begin your second cooking class (maybe imprinted on vegetarian or vegan food), followed by dinner.

Day 5
After your healthy lesson of yoga, an excellent breakfast served outdoors. In the afternoon you can choose between another special guided hike or a beautiful horseback ride (or riding lessons). Breathe the fresh air of Tuscany and recharge your energy and your spirit. Dinner at restaurant.
Day 6
After your healthy lesson of yoga, an excellent breakfast served outdoors. The afternoon is dedicated to the wealth in a wonderful spa. Relax and psychophysical comfort surrounded by nature. Begin your third cooking class (maybe imprinted on vegetarian or vegan food), followed by dinner.
Day 7
After your healthy lesson of yoga and the excellent breakfast, you’ll be ready to say “arrivederci” to Italy. Transfer to the airport/train station.
